The Essence of Blood can be acquired by disenchanting Bloodforged Zul'Gurub gear or stronger, or by purchasing it from other players at the Auction House. You can obtain Zul'gurub Bloodforged gear from level 50+ monster in High-Risk when you high enough item level to achieve the Zul'Gurub Treasure Hunter Buff. You can mouseover the High-Risk Treasure Hunter buff to see the required item level to obtain the next rank.
