Increases all damage done by 1%. Reduces the movement speed of targets affected by Frostbolt, Cone of Cold and Frozen Orb by an additional 4%. Capstone Bonus: Your casted Frostbolt and Ice Lances versus monsters reduce the cooldown of your Deep Freeze by 2 sec and Frozen Orb by 1 sec. Also, dealing damage with Deep Freeze grants you a Lesser Ice Barrier (if you know Ice Barrier).
