Additionally, you gain 40% increased spell haste, and all damage you deal is increased by 40%. Every 1 sec you will generate 10 Insanity and summon a Tentacle of N'zoth nearby for 15 sec. This effect cannot be cancelled. All enemies within 0 yds of you will gain a stack of Madness every 1 sec.
