Refuse To Die

Upon taking damage that brings you below 35% maximum health, stun nearby enemies for -0.001 sec and reduce all damage you receive by 1%, and increase all healing you receive by 0% for -0.001 sec. This effect can only occur every 3 min.

When you take damage that brings you below 35% of your Maximum Health, you instantly Stun nearby enemies and gain an effect that reduces all damage you take by 1%, and increases all Healing you take by 0% for -0.001 sec. This effect cannot occur more than once every -0.001 sec.
