Using Rupture on a target afflicted by your Rend will trigger a violent attack, dealing 60% weapon damage and applying Rend (if known) to up to 10 targets around you. Your Rupture spell now has a 5 second cooldown. Does not work with Hydra's Venom, Spell Shredder or Carnage Incarnate Mystic Enchantments.
