Ice Lance is transformed into Froststorm Strike. While Fingers of Frost is Active, Froststorm Lance jumps to 2 additional enemies. Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning apply a stack of Charged Ice, enabling your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning to trigger Fingers of Frost and increasing the chance of triggering Fingers of Frost by 5% per stack. Stacks up to 20. Frostbolt can now consume Unrelenting Storm on enemies to deal 200% increased damage.
